Bio: I started mountain biking in the mid '90s with my father back in San Diego and I started to work in my first bike shop when I was only 15. I originally started out as a new bike builder but have since worked as a mechanic, general manager, fitting specialist, and webmaster for some of the largest bike shops in Southern California. I got out of the cycling industry when I joined U.S. Navy where I was a Mass Communication Specialist (Photojournalist) for eight years and am now out and a full time student at the Brooks Institute. I love cycling still to this day and I can't wait to see Ventura County's trails! |

| Name: AJ Cuthbertson Position: Service Tech Preferred Type of Cycling: Road and Single-geared Bike(s): 1973 Giovani single geared, 1973 Colnago Super road, Scorpio full rigid MTN Bio: I started rides bikes as a kid, mainly bmx with my friends. We dug out dirt jumps all ovee Camarillo wherever we could find a place to do so. I remembered my favorite part of riding was actually the mechanical side, dismantling bikes and rebuilding, or making complete bikes out of junk parts. As of the past 5 years that has again become my obsession, except this time I’ve expanded my horizons. I love to find junk bikes that have been left for dead and rebuilding from the ground up, giving them a new life. Recently I have refocused my efforts towards vintage European bikes. I’m constantly amazed by the craftsmanship and detail that went into classic frames and I love to see that reflected in modern bikes today. I love to do city rides, night rides, long road adventures, and social rides with friends and bike lovers alike. |

I have since worked in the cycling industry for about six years all over Ventura County. I joined the Camarillo Bike Company/US Bike Company team in April of 2011 and I am looking forward to the great success of the company. |
| Name: John Fletcher (Fletch) Position: General Manager Preferred Type of Cycling: Cross Country Mountain Biking Bike(s): Giant Trance X1, Trek 2300 road bike, Cannondale Profit, Old Schwinn High Serria Bio: I started mountain biking some gnarly hills back in the early ‘80s (when James was born) on my ridged framed Schwinn High Sierra. The Sycamore Canyon trail has pretty much stayed the same over the last 20+ but feels quite a bit smoother and easier with the new suspension technology. In 2006 I had a paragliding accident that almost cost me my life. After months of physical therapy, I was encouraged by a friend to get back in the saddle. It was tough and painful, but I haven’t stopped since. I school the youngsters all the time out at Sycamore Canyon and I invite you to come with us on a group ride.
