Open Question: Whats the best way to get six pack Abs.?

How to receive a Six Pack receive great-looking ab muscles in 3 simple steps... Wondering how to receive a six pack? Well, you're not alone. Lots of people want great-looking ab muscles. Why shouldn't they: 'perfect' abs - the result of a lean, well-sculpted midsection - are the ultimate sign of peak fitness and outstanding sex-appeal for both men and women! The problem is that, for most of us, it's just not that easy to receive a six pack. Some people are born with naturally low bodyfat levels and great-looking, maintenance-free abdominal muscles. The relax of us have to work our butts off in order to achieve the same results. The good news is that just about anyone who's willing to make the effort can receive great abs -- often within just a few weeks (depending on your current bodyfat levels). In fact, if you're already working out, chances are that you've already got a six pack. It's just covered with a layer of fat! How to receive a Six Pack in 3 Simple Steps Most people who have great-looking abs follow a proven 3-pronged attack that just about always works. It doesn't involve any silly ab gadgets or magic fat loss supplements. It's also not necessarily 'easy' but it is extremely effective. Here are the 3 steps: 1. Shed bodyfat If you want great-looking abs you have to receive most of the extra fat off of your body. It's as simple as that. You may have the strongest, most well-sculpted ab muscles in the world. But if they're covered by a layer of blubber no one will ever know. In order to really 'look' your abs you'll need to receive your overall bodyfat levels down to about 7-8% (for men) or 13-14% (for women). The most effective - and fastest way - to shed bodyfat is to eat a very 'clean' diet, strength train at least 3 times per week, and perform some type of cardio at least 4 times per week. A 'clean' diet is one based around lean proteins, vegetables, legumes, some whole grains, some fruits, a little healthy fat and LOTS of water. every refined sugar and fried foods should be completely avoided. Tom Venuto provides a great fat-burning, muscle-building eating plan in his Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program. In terms of exercise for fat loss, here are the most important things to keep in mind: * weight training workouts should be brief and intense (40 minutes or less) * keep reps/set in the 8-15 range * perform no more than 4 sets per body part and 15 sets total * use basic, 'compound' movements (not 'isolation' exercises!) -- the best choices are squats, deadlifts, bench presses, pullups, barbell rows, dips, barbell curls, etc. * effective fat-burning cardio is either short & intense (like interval training) or long and low-to-moderate intensity (like jogging) 2. Build strong abs Here's a little secret: if you already work out with weights (especially if you perform full-body free-weight exercises like squats, deadlifts, pullups, powercleans, etc.) you probably have very good abdominal muscles! Most 'big' free-weight exercises require you to utilize 'stabilizer' muscles, many of which are in your lower back and abdominal region. In fact, many pro bodybuilders and fitness models do little or no ab-specific exercise because their abs do so much work just helping them lift heavy weights (or their possess bodies) into the air. But, since you want to learn how to receive a six pack quick, you should probably be performing a good amount of ab-specific exercise. Forget about useless movements that target upper abs, lower abs, inner abs, outer abs, etc. You really only need to do 3 movements to work your entire ab region: * The Bicycle Maneuver * Hanging Leg Raises * Forearm Plank Of course normal crunches are great too but the bicycle maneuver incorporates the basic crunch movement and recruits even more abdominal muscles. Many fitness experts agree that the over are the best ab exercises -- both for creating nice-looking abs and also for developing functional core body strength. 3. Bring out the detail Once you receive your bodyfat down and your ab strength up, now you just need to make your abs more 'visible.' Lots of people actually have a six pack AND low bodyfat levels yet still don't have the typical 'washboard' stomach. Why? Because for very light-skinned people and people with lots of body hair, the details in their well-defined ab muscles are just too difficult to look. How do you fix this? Two things: tanning and body hair removal. Think about it. Fitness models almost always have a great-looking abs. But they also almost always have great tans and little or no body hair. So, if you really want to learn how to receive a six pack, just use the pro's secrets: 1. Use a high-quality self-tanning lotion 2. Use a safe hair-removal product The truth is that very few fitness pro's spend hou

Open Question: What would happen if God done this?

All of religion is inverted, and everything is back to front from now on. We are now the rulers of the universe, and God is our servant. God goes around slaving his guts out cleaning toilets and scrubbing sewers, so that every of us can live in luxury. Because he is super-human, he gives us everything we want, when we want it, the way we want it. If he doesn't he is punished by the people that rule him; for instance he is spanked with a bicycle chain (300 lashes). Everyone is given a book called the Elbib (instead of the Bible), which shows God promise to obey our commands. God bows down to every of us, and calls himself our humble servant, and has nothing but humility to every of us whom are filled with pride. He creates the cities of gold, not to glorify himself, but to glorify us. And so he would serve us forever and ever. But it doesn't cease there, because there are some people more important than others. Teenagers and young adults that cause trouble in the streets at night, they are revered by the public and they make every the rules. The most noisy mouthed, uncivilized and over every the most disrespectful and so called 'bratish' teenagers ect; they rule the world. God cowers in fear to them, and grips their long pants begging for forgiveness offering them loads of rap music, alcohol and drugs. God is in fear of them and treats them like dieties. However old people are left on the streets in thier possess excrement and urine, left to die; and are critised as being greedy for asking for shelter when it is close to the end of thier natural life. An offense that can guide to corperal punishment. Even 95 year old lady are strapped down and are beaten to death with barbed wired, usually around 85 lashes or so. And the most important thing is looking after ones self and only ones self; God will give everything everyone wants; so there will be no wars or conflict. 3 year old kids that screem for things like candy and who are trying to receive thier possess way; they receive treated like royalty. This is religion in reverse. What would you think if the world worked like this? CREED

Hai! Okay, so don't receive me wrong, I don't want to go on some accident diet or anything. I just start high school in a month and every through middle school I felt really out of place because of my weight. It's not like I'm fat fat... I'm just over weight. I'm looking for ways to loose weight for me. My family doesn't go to a gym, and I know swimming and stuff works, considering it's summer. The thing is... my family doesn't eat very healthy. My dad always gets us Taco Bell and Pizza Hut and when I say no, he just says I have to eat and gets me something. I'm trying difficult to eat healthier and cease junk food. But other than eating, what can I do to loose maybe 20 pounds by the end of August? Is that possible to do with difficult work? It's mostly my stomach that I'm concerned about... How many crunchers a day should I do? Or those backward crunchers where you lift your legs and back up? I know those bicycle things work well too.

Open Question: Is this a good, cheap mountain bike?

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Power-X-Men-s-26-Bicycle/11089998 I live next to the lake and just want it to ride around the dirt roads and for riding off road a little bit. This isn't the one I was looking at, but they were the same price and almost identical except for the hand grip. There was also a Mongoose for $129, but that is quite a bit more and I don't know if I would really need one that heavy duty. I am not planning on doing anything major with it, so I don't look any need for me to spend $300 on a bicycle, will this one here work well for what I need it for?

Open Question: Wouldnt you just love to slap a Democrat right in their face?

Today me and my hubby, who fought and was wounded in Panama, were coming home from our Tea Party when this Democrat on a bicycle (he was wearing a Obama tee shirt) was taking up the whole lane, so my hubby started tailgating him in our Suburban. We then passed him, and my 6yo son yelled out the window "receive out of out way libtard!" It was so silly to watch that Democrat receive so mad. So we drove off, and then we hit traffic and thats where the Demturd caught up to us and started to insult us because we have lots of conservative bumper stickers. He called us ignorent and called my son a little brat. Well my hubby, who has PSTD and a rotator cuff injury from the war started screaming out the window calling him a coward for driving off, yea you better run libtard! So then after traffic let up we passed him again, and thats where my hubby reached out the window of our Suburban and pushed him off his bicycle, he flew into a parked car and then a flame hydrant, it was awesome! But then this Dem in a car pulled up to us and said that she called the police and that she witnessed the so called assault, which were just defending ourselves from yet another liberal assault, fact. The Dem said that the cops were coming and she wrote down our license number. But then she offended my hubby, probably for being in the Marine Core. This really upset my hubby, he is out back chopping wood getting out his aggressions. I wanted to slap them so bad. Ever feel like this?

Open Question: My bike (bicycle)'s tire will not stay inflated?

My bike (bicycle)'s tire will not stay inflated. The valve contains a pin on the middle which is depressed when attached to a pump, after the pump is finished pumping the pump is removed and the pin is supposed to pop back out to prevent air leakage, but the pin will not pop back out after I remove the pump and the air escapes. So I can never pump the tire. Anyone know how to repair that?

If your from ontario please answer this odd question. Can you use a flash light or any other light for a 'light' on a bike. Or do you need a light specifically designed for bicycles. I'm not sure if the ontario traffic act wants a specific type of light. it could be considered inproper lighting in 62 (17) of the ontario law.

Open Question: DRIVERS ED HELP , CAN YOU HELP ME?

This is a method for advanced driving which has been shown to improve safety, handling and control. It is basically "talking while you steer", which tends to keep you focused on your surroundings and helps you develop a system of planning for what is coming, including possible hazards. EXAMPLE: "Car ahead is signaling for a right turn..., checking mirrors as I slow down..., moving over into left lane to go around..., checking mirrors again..., car coming up quickly from behind..., moving back into right lane..., easing over to right side of my lane to give them room..., boy on bicycle ahead, can't move over..., check mirrors..., slow down more until car passes..., moving over to left of my lane to pass bicycle...," etc. Because it must be done "out noisy" for maximum effect, some will be too embarrassed to use this technique. The theory is, that when drivers notice a "gap" in their "talking", they will realize that it is because there is a "gap" in their attention, and will look the need to improve their focus in this area. Your assignment: pick ONE of the following topics and write an imaginary "commentary" you might use in order to address the importance and risk of the situation. (Don't forget to number your choice) 1.Changing Lanes on the Expressway. 2.Turning Left at an unprotected intersection. 3.Parallel Parking on a side road downtown.

Open Question: Is it normal for a dental crown to crack the first day?

yesterday I had two crowns placed on my front teeth. This morning I noticed a crack running down one of them. Why would it crack the first day? I plan on seeing my dentis monday with hopes I will not have to buy a brand new crown. I am very disappointed wit my dentist, but is this a commen occurrence? I waited a long two weeks for my teeth to fixed from a bicycling accident from my childhood, and was very excited to have this dental work completed yesterda only to have this crack. It is not very noticeable, but I can feel the crack, and I am worried it will break completely. Can I receive this repaired, or do I have to order a new crown? I got my permanent crowns placed yesterday morning. This morning I noticed one had cracked every the way down the crown. Tonight I look that the other crowns corner is cracked. I am worried they will break off completely. They are for my two upper front teeth, and I'm wondering is my bite breaking them? Or is my dentist to blame. I have to bite with them, so is this a common occurrence? I would imagine my dentist will replace them for free, (i am going to go complain monday), but does this dentist sound reliable? Why would my crowns crack the first day? They are not gold or metal, because they are up front. I am stessed out because I can't go back after grinding my teeth down so far, and almost getting the nerves extracted. So if you have any advice or ideas please post them, I am lost, and this dental work is not cheap, and needs to last a lifetime, not break every week. Help?

Open Question: Angular momentum help please!?

I have tried to work these problems out but I have NO idea how to do them. It would be great if you could help. My teacher wasn't of much help either :-/ 1. A 2.0 kg bicycle wheel with a radius of 0.30 m turns at a constant angular speed of 25 rad/s when a 0.30 kg reflector is at a distance of 0.19 m from the axle. What is the angular speed of the wheel when the reflector slides to a distance of 0.25 m from the axle? 2. A solid, vertical cylinder with a mass of 10.0 kg and a radius of 1.00 m rotates with an angular speed of 7.00 rad/s about a fixed vertical axis through its middle. A 0.0250 kg piece of putty is dropped vertically at a point 0.900 m from the cylinder's middle of rotation and sticks to the cylinder. Determine the final angular speed of the system. 3. As Halley's comet orbits the sun, its distance from the sun changes dramatically from 8.8 x 10^10 m to 5.2 x 10^12 m. If the comet's speed at closest approach is 5.4 x 10^4 m/s, what is its speed when it is farthest from the sun if angular momentum is conserved? 4. The entrance of a science museum features a funnel into which marbles are rolled one at a time. The marbles circle around the wall of the funnel, eventually spiraling down into the neck of the funnel. The internal radius of the funnel at the top is 0.54 m. At the bottom, the funnel's neck narrows to an internal radius of 0.040 m. A 2.5 x 10^-2 kg marble begins rolling in a big circular orbit around the funnel's rim at 0.35 rev/s. If it continues moving in a roughly circular path, what will the marble's angular speed be as it passes through the neck of the funnel? (consider only the effects of the conservation of angular moentum.) Thanks so much!!!

Open Question: I'm moving to LA, how will I fare with these criteria:?

I have 6 years experience waiting tables, 3 in fine dining at a hotel and a family owned restaurant. I have worked in a multitude of ethnic restaurants. I prefer cafe serving though. I have great references. What's the server min. wage in California? And how do you think I'll potentially fare in the industry? I am planning on attending school but not until next year. So I will have plenty of time to work and receive my stuff in order in a new city. Meantime, I paint and am wondering if it's terribly difficult to receive my artwork out there. I was thinking if I held art shows wherever I end up living, and post fliers to advertise or whatever. Also, where would be a good area for me to live? I ride my bike a lot so my expenses aren't too high. I'll only have to worry about rent and phone bill, presumably. I'd like to be in an area where I can work at a good restaurant, or commute up to ten miles (on my bicycle) to work if I have to. Based on this info, what do you think? Any and every advice is welcome and appreciated. Thanks! 1. I prefer answers from people who actually live in LA, or have lived there. Just some info that might help in answering the question: I am 25 years old. I am pretty good looking. I've never, no matter where I've gone, had trouble finding employment. Yes, I realize that doesn't mean a lot but it's something. I am moving to LA a year in advance before continuing school because I want to qualify for resident tuition. I don't intend to live in anything larger than a studio. I ride my bike 10-20 miles a day. I don't need a ton of money to live on. And I don't mind having roommates. I wish this helps. Thanks for the answers so far!

Open Question: does anyone remember who made the Suzuki TS 250 R 1977 styled children's bicycle, manufactured around 1977?

As i recall, and having looked at a TS 250R '77, the bicycle (of which my younger brother once had way back) lookalike essentially shared a pattern frame, and to every intents and purposes was a pattern of the TS250 R, down to having a full set of suspension, fake tank & sidepanels in yellow plastic.. even had nearly authentic Suzuki decals - it was a single gear bicycle. I'm curious to find out who made them (i remember them being sold by C&S Cycles, Chatham, KENT.. england) - because it would be nice to be able to show some proof the beat existed - since it'd settle an old argument over what was the first purpose built off-road modern bicycle - as i recall from messing with it back then, it just was practically impossible for a kid to wreck it (it even had the pattern rims, drum brakes, and knobbly tyres that were actually every the correct sizes that you could have 'upgraded' those parts to the geniune m/c items). You name it, in terms of off-road cycling, it was more advanced than a most early and modern FS mountain bikes (and probably better built in many ways). If anyone remembers anything, please answer.. and help this aging 40-something convince others that the beat actually existed ;) Cheers Chris

Open Question: Illegal eviction NYSE?

My daughter was illegally evicted from her home by her ex-boyfriend and her landlord. She came home from work and was not allowed back in. The ex- boyfriend is keeping every of her belongings including childrens toys, pets, clothing, and beds. This man had a bicycle, a duffle bag containing his clothes and a gaming device when he entered into this relationship, he has only been in the home for 3months. The police told her that she has to obtain a lawyer and go to tiny claims court. There is more to this story but there is not enough room here to explain. I know this is illegal and want to help her receive a lawyer to help. How do I obtain an pro-bono lawyer, or obtain funding to pay for a lawyer?

Resolved Question: Are there any ferries taking foot passengers from Dover to Boulogne?

I fancy a day trip to Boulogne and can't seem to find a company that takes foot passengers. Do you know of any? I don't want to spend extra to take a bicycle (which seems the only other option), I just want to pop over for the day without a car or bike. I have tried LD lines, Norfolk Lines, Sea France. P & O don't seem to go there. Definite companies please, not guesses.

Open Question: Why don't we all place a national speed limit of 15 mph?

That way we can cease driving cars and ride bicycles on the freeway. It would influence business and cease our dependence on oil. Promote a healty lifestyle and open up new doors.

Open Question: What happens in the hospital when you break your wrist and have some other minor injuries?

one of my brothers is writing a story and he likes to be very detailed. one part of the story is one of the characters breaks his wrist and has some other minor injuries like scrapes and bruises i guess and maybe some sprains. he wants it to be something like a bad fall off a bicycle. so like if u receive brought to the hospital not by an ambulance but by a parent or someone, exactly what happens? i know it depends on severity and stuff like that but dont say that just tell us what generally happens. weve every been in the hospital before but dont really remember it. how many doctors and nurses arrive in and when and what do they each do? how often do they do an iv? what else?

Open Question: I had a really intense dream, can you interpret it?

Alright, I only vaguely remember what went on in this dream, but here it is as best I can recall:) I woke up (in the dream) in a dark room on a really big bed that was very comfortable and fluffy. There was some dialogue that I can't remember between me and a boy about my age maybe a little bit older (I'm 16). He was standing up and I sat upright in the bed and I was mad at him, and I made a reference to the movie "misery". (In real life I have not seen this movie, I remember watching a little scene from it in my film acting class, but i don't remember what this movie is about at every). It wasn't' clear in the dream, but for some reason I knew that this boy was keeping me captive in this home, and I was mad and afraid. I don't remember what happened but I guess the boy went somewhere out of sight and I made my way into a living room where there was an asian girl a couple years older than me sitting on a sofa. I talked to her about where the boy had went, and then she encouraged me to leave. I remember being surprised at how easy it was to leave , every I had to do was turn the lock on the front door, open it and leave. So, I did. I remember walking/ running along very dark streets asking people for help and nobody would help me, and several people were older mature adult men who I was surprised just ignored me. I remember worrying throughout the dream about losing the belongings I had with me. I slowly became more and more frightened, as I thought that the boy would have been out the door running after me the minute I left and I thought he could catch me any minute. I debated to myself for a while about knocking on somebody's door and eventually i picked a random home and did. An older lady, maybe in her 30's or 40's answered and I explained the situation to her and she comforted me and walked me to a park far from where we were to be in a public place so that i'd be safe and it was raining a lot and it was very dark throughout the whole dream. We got to the dark park and stood against a wall or something for a few minutes while I just tried to calm myself down I guess. Then the lady noticed the boy appear at the other end of the park and I freaked out and I was really mad and amazed that he had found me so easily. And I thought, "how did he receive here so quick?". I found a random bike, by the end of the dream I had lost every of the belongings I was trying not to lose by the way, I finally thought whatever i just need to receive away from him and forgot about the belongings. I rode the bicycle as quick as I could, I eventually ended up on a road where I saw a big group of boys, maybe playing basketball. They looked tough and I was going to ride over and ask them for help but for some reason I stopped, and I thought maybe they wouldn't be nice to me or would take advantage of me so I turned around and went around a corner to a different road where I saw a boy on a bicycle in front of me. For some reason I completely forgot what the original boy who held me captive looked like, and I thought it wasn't him on the bike because it didn't make sense. the park was in the other direction, and that's where I had last seen him. So I built up the courage to slowly pedal past the guy. He came at me and I realized it was him, so I quickly turned around and made my way back to where i had seen the big group of boys just before, and they had just vanished and the road was empty. I was in shock and confusion. Then I woke up. By the way the boy who was helding me captive was actually not that intimidating, he was skinny and tan and wore a white tank top. He looked a lot like a boy I've seen ride a motor bike past my home in real life twice before.

Open Question: can this bicycle bicycle hub be rebuilt?

Can a shimano deore lx rear hub be rebuilt? one of my bikes has quite alot of side to side play in the rear wheel and i was wondering if the hub can be rebuilt or if it would be better to just receive a new wheel/hub. really not looking to spend alot of cash on this. the bike is an old trek 8000 sl if anyone was wondering. I took it to a local bike store a while back and they just packed more grease in, which did nothing to solve the problem. i won't be going back there.
